In the interest of transparency and loyalty to internet users, the company voc.pm, headquartered at Le Vieil Home – 61700 DOMFRONT EN POIRAIE, engaged in the main activity of computer programming (APE 6201Z), registered in the SIRENE directory under the number 452 767 577, hereinafter referred to as "the company," describes the clearly applied procedures for the collection and moderation of reviews operated through its services.

In accordance with Law No. 2016-1321 of October 7, 2016, for a Digital Republic (accessible by clicking on this link), specifically Article 52, which states (excerpt):

"Any natural or legal person whose activity consists, as a main or ancillary activity, in collecting, moderating, or disseminating online reviews from consumers is required to provide users with fair, clear, and transparent information on the procedures for publishing and processing reviews online."

Our Review Collection Process

The company specifies that it collects but does not perform any moderation, control, or publication of online reviews. However, it applies conditional redirection based on the first intention expressed by an internet user, depending on the star rating chosen by the user (hereinafter referred to as "the rating"), and following these rules:

- When an internet user, after scanning a QR Code provided by the company, clicking on a dedicated URL provided by the company, or entering the URL provided by the company in a web browser, chooses a rating strictly higher than 3, the company redirects the user to the redirection link indicated by its client mandator to offer the opportunity to leave a review on a third-party platform. It is understood that the user is free to assign any rating on that platform.

- When an internet user, after scanning a QR Code provided by the company, clicking on a dedicated URL provided by the company, or entering the URL provided by the company in a web browser, chooses a rating strictly lower than 4, the company does not redirect the user to the redirection link indicated by its client mandator to offer the opportunity to leave a review on a third-party platform. Instead, it offers the opportunity to express dissatisfaction, in addition to the chosen rating, in a dedicated NPS form integrated into the page. It is understood that the user is free to modify the rating to be redirected to the said platform.

In the case where a user chooses a rating strictly lower than 4 and has filled in all mandatory fields of the form, a summary email containing the rating, the mandatory fields of the form, and the email address is instantly sent to the owner of the mandating account of the company (either directly or through its client mandator), to carry out the provision of services.
